Trueform Daz Face
From photographs to an editable digital face.
An experimental workflow for bringing facial identities from photographs to Genesis characters, with editable geometry and material corrections.
Why this question matters
A recognizable digital face depends on shape, expression, and skin appearance together. A good fit to image points is only one part of that problem.
What we are exploring
The current workflow combines multi-photo reconstruction, regional corrections, and export to Genesis 9. Geometry and materials are reviewed separately as well as together.
Where the work stands
Likeness and final appearance still require human review. Unseen anatomy, photographic lighting, and expression differences remain sources of uncertainty.
